Original work and rights
Upload only work you own or have cleared rights to use. Every upload requires a rights attestation. Credit collaborators. Unauthorized likeness, counterfeit goods and pirated media are removed and can end an account.
Professional conduct
No harassment, hate, threats or doxxing. No spam, engagement farming or purchased followers. Disagree in the forums like adults.
Payments and bookings
Keep transactions on-platform so escrow, milestones and dispute resolution can protect both sides. Off-platform payment requests are a reportable offence.
Age-restricted content
Adult creative work belongs in TalentWorld X, behind the 18+ opt-in gate, correctly tagged, consent-verified and never surfaced to non-opted-in members. Sexual services, exploitation and any content involving minors are permanently banned.
Advertising standards
Ads must be labeled, accurate and reviewed. Prohibited categories are listed on the Promote page. No financial guarantees, no crypto tokens, no deceptive AI endorsements.
