Community Rules

This document was approved by Talent Connect World LLC and is effective August 11, 2026. Acceptance is recorded only through an unambiguous account or transaction control tied to this exact version; ordinary browsing, silence, or a preselected choice is not acceptance.

Do not harass, threaten, stalk, shame, coerce, sexually pressure, blackmail, dox or encourage abuse. Hate or dehumanizing attacks based on a protected characteristic are prohibited. Repeated unwanted contact, retaliation for a report and attempts to bypass a block are violations even if each message seems minor in isolation.

No account is available to a person under 18. Never sexualize, groom, recruit, exploit, traffic or endanger a minor or person unable to consent. Child sexual abuse material and attempts to obtain it are permanently prohibited and may be preserved and reported as required. Do not publicly repost harmful material to report it; use a private safety channel and the direct URL.

Do not impersonate people or TCW, fabricate credentials, hide a material commercial relationship, buy engagement, coordinate fake reviews, misstate audience or availability, manipulate application outcomes or use deceptive synthetic media. Parody and artistic transformation must not create a material deception or violate rights.

Upload only content, music, performances, designs, brands, products and likenesses you own or are authorized to use. Credit collaborators accurately. Do not sell counterfeit goods, leak private content, strip attribution, evade rights controls or submit a fraudulent infringement report.

State compensation, location, dates, deliverables, eligibility, usage rights and material costs accurately. No advance-fee job scams, pyramid schemes, credential theft, hidden recurring charges, discriminatory listings, unlawful unpaid work, money transmission, prohibited financial schemes or requests to move an in-platform transaction to a deceptive payment flow.

Do not scrape private data, share credentials, publish personal contact or location data without permission, send malware, probe accounts, overwhelm services, mass-message without lawful permission, or use another member's information for unrelated marketing. Security research requires authorization and safe disclosure.

General TCW and public discovery do not permit explicit adult content. TalentWorld X, if separately approved for launch, requires an explicit 18+ opt-in, identity and age assurance, participant consent records, strict isolation and additional rules. Sexual services, coercion, trafficking, non-consensual imagery and any minor or age-ambiguous participant are always prohibited.

Use the nearest report control or contact support with the relevant URL and concise facts. Do not include passwords or publicize private evidence. TCW may act urgently, preserve evidence, notify affected members, restrict reach or accounts and report matters when required. When appropriate, a reason and appeal path will be provided. False or abusive reporting is itself a violation.
