Privacy Notice

This candidate document is provided for legal and operational review. It is not effective, does not replace any existing agreement, and must not be used to collect consent until TCW records final approval and a publication date.

This notice applies to TCW websites, accounts, public profiles, applications, workspaces, messages, support, safety, subscriptions, orders, advertising and related services. Talent Connect World LLC, at 1835 E Edgewood Dr, Suite 105-523, Appleton, WI 54913, is the controller or business responsible for the processing described here unless a feature says another party controls its own data. Contact info@talentconnect.world with "Privacy request" in the subject.

The information depends on the features you use. TCW aims to collect only information reasonably needed for the disclosed purpose.

• Account and onboarding data: email, display name, private date of birth, country or region, locale, account intent, age-of-majority and professional-authority attestations, legal-document versions and consent records.
• Profile and professional data: handle, biography, location, roles, skills, portfolio, rates, work history, credentials, availability, team and agency relationships, and verification status.
• Content and communications: posts, media, captions, comments, messages, applications, attachments, opportunity records, reviews, support requests and moderation appeals.
• Commerce data: cart and order details, subscriptions, plan and entitlement status, transaction identifiers, billing country, tax information, refund and dispute status, fulfillment address and shipment status. TCW does not intend to receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
• Safety and verification data: reports, blocks, enforcement history, fraud signals and, only when necessary, identity, age or rights evidence handled through restricted review channels.
• Device and usage data: IP-derived security information, browser and device characteristics, session events, pages and features used, timestamps, referral information, approximate location, logs and cookie or local-storage identifiers.
• Advertising and business data: campaign creative, audience selections offered by TCW, impressions, clicks, billing status and business verification.

TCW receives information directly from you, from other members who interact or transact with you, automatically from your device and service use, from payment, fulfillment, authentication, email, fraud and infrastructure providers, and from public or authorized professional sources. A client, agency or team may provide information about a collaborator when it has authority to do so. We may combine sources only for the purposes described here.

TCW provides a short Privacy Notice at Collection before an applicant submits account information. Feature-specific notices must appear before collecting identity evidence, tax details, precise location, advertising audiences, adult-content records or another data type whose use is not reasonably described by the general notice. A later use that is materially incompatible with the original purpose requires a new legal basis and notice before it begins.

Where a legal basis is required, TCW relies on performance of a contract, legitimate interests balanced against your rights, compliance with legal obligations, protection of vital interests in urgent safety cases, and consent for genuinely optional processing. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.

• Contract: create and secure accounts; publish content at your direction; deliver applications, messages, bookings, subscriptions, orders, support and requested features.
• Legitimate interests: keep the service safe and reliable; prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access; measure service performance; improve non-sensitive features; enforce rights; and communicate essential service information.
• Legal obligation and public interest: tax and accounting records, lawful requests, sanctions screening, consumer obligations, rights complaints and required safety reports.
• Consent: optional marketing, non-essential cookies where used, optional sensitive-data uses, and any processing for which local law requires consent. Marketing is not a condition of an account.
• Vital interests: disclose or use limited information when reasonably necessary to address an imminent threat to life or serious physical safety.

Public profiles, published portfolios, posts, storefronts, public comments and public opportunities can be viewed, copied or indexed by others according to the selected visibility. Private messages, drafts and restricted workspace records are not made public by TCW, but recipients and authorized workspace members can access them. Before publishing personal or client information, consider whether public distribution is appropriate and obtain required permission.

TCW discloses information only as needed for the described purpose, with contracts and access restrictions appropriate to the service and law. Categories include cloud database, authentication, storage and hosting providers; email delivery; payment and fraud providers such as Stripe; print-on-demand and shipping providers such as Printify and the selected print provider; analytics and error monitoring used by TCW; professional advisers; and authorities or rights holders when lawfully required.

A seller, creator, booker, client, agency, team or fulfillment provider receives the information needed to complete the transaction or collaboration. Those parties may be independent controllers for their own legal obligations. TCW does not authorize them to use transaction data for unrelated marketing.

TCW does not currently sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. TCW's own promoted placements may use broad, server-controlled context or selections described to advertisers without giving them member contact lists. Before enabling non-essential cross-site advertising technology, TCW must update this notice, implement required consent and opt-out controls, and honor legally recognized preference signals where applicable.

TCW is based in the United States and providers or members may process information in other countries. Protection and government-access rules may differ. Where required, TCW will use an approved transfer mechanism, contractual safeguards and supplementary measures, and will make information about the applicable mechanism available on request. This draft does not claim that a representative, adequacy mechanism or transfer agreement has been appointed or executed until that launch evidence is documented.

TCW retains information only for the service, safety, accounting, dispute, rights and legal purposes that justify it. Final publication requires an implemented retention schedule and deletion process. The operational targets below may be extended for a legal hold, fraud investigation, unresolved transaction, safety need or mandatory law.

• Active account, profile and published content: while the account or content remains active, then deletion or de-identification after the applicable request and backup cycle.
• Authentication, security and abuse logs: generally up to 24 months, longer only for a documented investigation or legal requirement.
• Orders, subscriptions, payouts, taxes and accounting records: generally seven years or the locally required period.
• Support records: generally three years after closure; safety, moderation, rights and appeal records: generally five years after closure when needed to prevent repeat abuse or prove a decision.
• Unfinished uploads and drafts: deleted after a reasonable inactivity period disclosed in the feature; backups: rotated on a defined schedule, targeted at no more than 90 days unless recovery or legal preservation requires longer.
• Legal acceptances: retained for the agreement limitation period and a reasonable period afterward to prove the version accepted.

TCW uses access controls, row-level authorization, encryption in transit, restricted service credentials, audit records, backups and provider safeguards appropriate to the risk. No online service can promise absolute security. TCW will investigate suspected breaches and notify affected people and regulators when law requires. Never send passwords, one-time codes, complete card numbers or sensitive identity evidence through ordinary messages or email.

TCW's Privacy Lead may be contacted through info@talentconnect.world; this is a functional business contact and does not publicly identify a private individual. Before launch in a jurisdiction that requires a data-protection officer, local representative, processor registration, impact assessment or regulator filing, TCW must document whether the requirement applies and publish verified contact details where required.

TCW's operational privacy program must include a data inventory, purpose and legal-basis register, retention and deletion schedule, vendor and transfer review, access controls, incident response, rights-request procedure, staff confidentiality and training, and documented assessments for high-risk processing. This notice describes intended practices but does not substitute for implementing and testing those controls.

Account controls allow correction of many profile fields, content visibility, marketing choices and account deletion. To request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, appeal of a privacy decision or information about recipients and transfers, email info@talentconnect.world with "Privacy request" in the subject. TCW may verify identity proportionately and may preserve information when an exception applies.

TCW will respond within the period required where you live and explain any denial and available appeal or complaint route. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority, and TCW may verify the request directly with the account holder. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination or a lower level of essential service.

Where legally applicable, TCW will treat a recognized browser-based universal opt-out signal as a request to opt out of covered sale, sharing or targeted advertising for that browser and account. Because TCW does not currently conduct those activities, the signal does not change necessary account, security or transaction processing. A future covered advertising feature must implement and test the signal before release.

TCW may use rules and signals to rank content, detect spam, protect payments or prioritize review. TCW does not currently intend to make a solely automated decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect without meaningful human review. If that changes, TCW must describe the logic and consequences, provide required rights and update this notice before deployment.

TCW general accounts and TalentWorld X are not for anyone under 18. TCW does not knowingly provide an account service to children and does not offer a parental-consent workflow. If TCW learns that an underage person created an account, it may restrict the account, investigate safely and delete information as required. Report concerns without publicly sharing a child's information.

Do not upload government identity, biometric, health, precise-location, financial-account, sexual-life or other sensitive information unless TCW specifically requests it through a protected process and explains why it is needed. TalentWorld X identity and consent evidence must never be placed in public content or ordinary messages.

The Regional Privacy Addendum explains additional rights in the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil, Canada, California and other U.S. states, Australia, New Zealand and other locations. Mandatory local rights prevail over a conflicting statement. You may complain to the privacy or consumer authority where you live. TCW encourages contacting us first so we can address the issue, but doing so is not a condition of a regulatory complaint.

The version and effective date will appear at the top. TCW will provide reasonable notice of material changes and request consent where the change relies on consent. Earlier versions and acceptance records will be retained as needed to prove what applied. Contact details will remain accessible even without an account.
