Draft for legal review · Not effective

Accessibility Statement

TCW aims to make core discovery, account, safety and commerce journeys usable with assistive technology and different access needs.

Draft status

This candidate document is provided for legal and operational review. It is not effective, does not replace any existing agreement, and must not be used to collect consent until TCW records final approval and a publication date.

Target and scope

TCW targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA for first-party web experiences, including keyboard navigation, focus order and visibility, semantics, names and instructions, contrast, zoom and reflow, reduced motion, status messages, form errors and media alternatives. This is a target and continuing process, not an unsupported claim that every page or member upload has been certified compliant.

Testing and release

TCW combines automated checks, keyboard review, screen-reader spot checks, responsive testing and manual review of critical flows. Before publication, signup and legal consent, sign-in and recovery, reporting and appeals, subscription cancellation, checkout, orders and privacy requests must be tested at supported zoom and viewport sizes with no keyboard trap or inaccessible error state.

Member and provider content

Creators should provide descriptive titles, alt text, captions, transcripts and accessible documents where reasonably possible. TCW may require alternatives or limit content that creates a serious barrier. Third-party hosted payment or fulfillment pages have their own accessibility responsibilities, while TCW remains responsible for choosing integrations and providing an accessible support route.

Known limitations

Member-generated media may lack complete alternatives; complex data visualizations and third-party hosted pages may vary; and newly released features may contain defects. Final publication should list verified, material unresolved limitations and remediation targets rather than claiming none exist.

Request help or report a barrier

Contact info@talentconnect.world with "Accessibility" in the subject and include the page, task, browser and assistive technology if comfortable. Do not include sensitive information unless necessary. TCW will acknowledge the report, offer a reasonable alternative where possible and prioritize barriers to safety, account, payments and legal rights. Accessibility support is never paywalled.
