Draft for legal review · Not effective

Refund, Cancellation and Fulfillment Policy

This proposed policy explains transaction-specific rights without taking away mandatory consumer remedies.

Draft status

This candidate document is provided for legal and operational review. It is not effective, does not replace any existing agreement, and must not be used to collect consent until TCW records final approval and a publication date.

Who is the seller

Checkout must identify the seller, item or service, total price, currency, tax, platform fee, billing interval, cancellation method, delivery conditions and material restrictions before payment. Talent Connect World LLC is responsible as seller only when checkout says TCW is the seller. For member-to-member offers, the identified member may be the seller while TCW provides platform and payment-support technology.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew on the displayed interval until cancelled. Members can cancel future renewal through the Subscription page or the processor portal without having to contact sales. Cancellation remains effective even if a member later loses access to an optional feature. TCW will send legally required confirmation and renewal or price-change notices.

A completed subscription charge is refundable when mandatory law requires, when TCW confirms a duplicate or unauthorized platform charge, or when TCW approves a remedy for material failure. Otherwise cancellation ordinarily stops the next charge rather than reversing service already provided.

Distance-sale withdrawal rights

Some consumers, including many in the EEA and United Kingdom, may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Before immediate digital service or content begins, TCW must collect any legally required express request, consent and acknowledgment about proportional charges or loss of withdrawal rights and provide durable confirmation. A made-to-order or clearly personalized goods exception applies only where local law actually recognizes it. Defective, incorrect or unlawfully described goods remain protected.

Physical merchandise and Printify fulfillment

Made-to-order items may be produced by Printify and a selected print provider after authoritative paid status. Product page and checkout must show variants, material information, fulfillment location if required, shipping options, estimate and return limits. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. TCW will display provider status accurately and will not claim an order is cancelled, shipped, refunded or delivered before authoritative confirmation.

Changes and cancellations

Request a physical-order change or cancellation immediately through the order or support record. TCW will attempt the request, but production may begin quickly and no change is confirmed until the provider accepts it. If the seller or provider cancels because an item is unavailable, the affected amount will be refunded or another remedy offered as required.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, late or missing orders

Report the order reference, problem and appropriate photos or delivery evidence through the protected support process as soon as reasonably possible. Do not email complete card details. TCW or the seller will investigate and provide a repair, reprint, replacement, price reduction, cancellation or refund when law or the transaction terms require. A reporting guideline does not shorten a non-waivable warranty or limitation period.

Digital services and creator deliverables

For a member-to-member service, the proposal or booking record should define milestones, acceptance, revision and cancellation terms. Parties should use recorded changes. TCW may hold or document payment status where available but does not guarantee subjective satisfaction or off-platform performance. Mandatory consumer and chargeback rights remain available.

For a TCW promotional service, submitting for review does not charge the requester. An approved request becomes payable only through authoritative checkout, and a verified processor webhook starts delivery. If approved material cannot be delivered as described, TCW may provide an appropriate reschedule, re-upload, replacement service, proportional price adjustment or refund. A statement that a service is ordinarily non-refundable does not remove withdrawal, defect, misdescription, duplicate-charge, unauthorized-charge, nonperformance, payment-network or other mandatory rights.

Refund processing and credits

Approved card refunds are issued to the original payment method through the authoritative Stripe transaction and recorded after processor confirmation. Banks and card networks control posting time. Cash refunds are not converted into TCW Credits without a separate lawful choice. Closed-loop TCW Credits are not cash-redeemable, but an unlawful charge cannot be remedied only with credits when law requires money back.

How to request help

Use the order or subscription control when available, or contact info@talentconnect.world with the order reference, requested remedy and relevant facts. TCW may verify the account and transaction. This process does not limit a regulatory complaint, card-network right or mandatory legal remedy.
