Draft for legal review · Not effective
Global Service Availability Notice
A worldwide audience does not mean every regulated TCW feature can lawfully or operationally launch in every country at the same time.
Not approved for publication or consent collection
TCW has not made this candidate effective. Final legal review, business approval, publication metadata and matching consent controls are still required.
Draft status and purpose
This candidate document is provided for legal and operational review. It is not effective, does not replace any existing agreement, and must not be used to collect consent until TCW records final approval and a publication date.
This notice prevents a public URL or general account from being misrepresented as worldwide feature availability. TCW must maintain an internal, dated country-and-feature matrix backed by legal, provider, tax, payments, privacy, safety and operational review. The user-facing interface must show an unavailable or limited state before collecting payment or sensitive information for an unsupported feature.
General browsing and accounts
Public, lawful pages may be viewable broadly, but an account is limited to adults who are at least 18, have reached local legal majority, can lawfully contract, and are not subject to a relevant prohibition. Signup collects country and private birth date to apply those rules. A country may remain account-disabled until TCW can provide required language, notices, representatives, data-transfer safeguards, complaint handling or age controls.
Payments, subscriptions and payouts
A paid feature may launch only where Stripe and every applicable provider support the business model, currency and participants; TCW's account is activated; tax, invoicing, refund, renewal and cancellation rules are implemented; prohibited-party screening is available where required; and a real end-to-end test has passed. Payouts, escrow-like language, tips and creator monetization require separate approval and must not be inferred from ordinary card acceptance.
Marketplace, bookings and professional work
Professional features require review of trader identification, consumer information, employment and worker classification, licensing, tax, insurance, permits, accessibility, nondiscrimination, agency and talent-representation rules. TCW may permit discovery while disabling contracting or payment. Members remain responsible for laws assigned to their own work, but TCW cannot contract away duties that apply to the platform.
Physical products and fulfillment
Products may be offered only where an identified seller and fulfillment provider can lawfully ship the selected variant and provide accurate price, tax, customs, safety, labeling, delivery, returns and consumer remedies. A published Printify item with no available variant, unsupported destination or incomplete seller disclosure must not be purchasable. Product availability can differ by country and address.
Advertising and promoted placement
Advertising requires lawful seller and advertiser identity, clear labels, substantiated claims, age and territorial controls, prohibited and restricted-category review, transparent pricing and delivery, privacy-compliant targeting and an appeal route. Political, financial, health, housing, employment, alcohol, gambling and other regulated categories remain disabled unless TCW adopts and verifies a country-specific standard.
TalentWorld X
TalentWorld X is not included in general global availability. Each country requires independent review of adult-content legality, age assurance, participant identity and consent, recordkeeping, reporting, moderation, privacy, payment and provider rules. X must remain disabled by feature flag and isolated from general discovery until every gate in its separate policy is approved and adversarially tested.
Restrictions, changes and user notice
TCW may block or limit a territory, transaction or feature to comply with law, sanctions, provider rules, safety or operational capacity. TCW should give reasonable notice and a lawful refund or export where a change affects an existing paid service. It will not evade mandatory consumer or privacy rights by relabeling a supported user as unsupported after a transaction.
Questions about availability may be sent to info@talentconnect.world. Support must distinguish a temporary technical outage, account-specific restriction and country-level unavailability and must not promise a launch date without an approved release record.
