Content and Moderation Policy

This candidate document is provided for legal and operational review. It is not effective, does not replace any existing agreement, and must not be used to collect consent until TCW records final approval and a publication date.

This policy covers profiles, portfolios, posts, media, comments, messages, applications, opportunities, reviews, storefronts, products, ads and uploads. Content may be private, draft, unlisted, public, restricted, age-gated, under review, rejected, archived or removed. A browser flag never overrides the server's authoritative visibility and moderation record.

TCW prohibits unlawful or rights-infringing material; child sexual abuse material; sexual exploitation; non-consensual intimate imagery; credible threats; targeted harassment; hateful conduct; doxxing; incitement to violence; terrorism support; trafficking; scams; malware; credential theft; counterfeit goods; deceptive payment interfaces; and content facilitating a prohibited product, service or transaction.

TCW may also remove content that creates a serious safety risk, exposes protected evidence, evades enforcement or repeatedly degrades service integrity even when no single item tells the whole story.

Some lawful material may require warnings, reduced distribution, professional context or location restrictions. Explicit adult content is not allowed in general TCW and may appear only in TalentWorld X after that area receives separate legal and operational approval. Content about controlled goods, health, financial claims, politics, graphic events or minors may receive additional review or advertising restrictions.

Publishers must have the necessary rights and disclose advertising, sponsorship, material edits, synthetic or manipulated media when omission would mislead, and material opportunity or product conditions. A rights attestation is a legal representation, not a substitute for TCW review or permission.

Public discovery may consider relevance, freshness, categories, engagement quality, safety, completeness, audience choice and paid-placement status. TCW may reduce distribution of low-quality, repetitive, misleading or sensitive material without deleting it. Sponsored placement is labeled and does not buy favorable moderation, verification or organic ranking.

A report should identify the exact content or URL, explain the legal or policy basis, state the reporter's authority where relevant and include reliable contact information through a private channel. TCW will acknowledge and route sufficiently precise reports, protect sensitive data, and prioritize imminent safety, child protection and clear illegality. A report does not guarantee removal; TCW assesses context, law, evidence and proportionality.

Available actions include no action, warning, label, visibility limit, demonetization, feature restriction, evidence hold, content removal, account suspension or termination. Decisions consider severity, intent, harm, audience, history, remediation and legal obligations. TCW may use automated detection to prioritize review, but final legally significant enforcement should receive meaningful human oversight where required.

When appropriate and permitted, TCW will notify the affected member of the content or account action, material facts, policy or legal basis, territorial scope, duration and available appeal. Appeals should explain the error and provide rights or context evidence through the protected case process. A different reviewer should handle the appeal when practicable. Repeated identical appeals or abusive submissions may be limited.

TCW will maintain moderation and appeal records, publish transparency information when required, cooperate with lawful authorities and preserve relevant evidence without disclosing more than necessary. Final launch review must confirm legally required marketplace trader traceability, EU notice-and-action, statement-of-reasons and complaint processes are operational in the countries served.
