SMS Program Terms
TCW sends text messages only after the recipient actively selects a category, accepts the adjacent disclosure and verifies the mobile number. SMS is never preselected and consent is not required to make a purchase.

Booking requests, accepted offers, deal-room activity and important messages.
Up to 20 messages per month, based on your activity.
Payments and orders
Payment, refund, payout, order and fulfillment status updates.
Up to 10 messages per month, based on transactions.
Opportunities and events
Application decisions, saved-search matches and registered event reminders.
Up to 10 messages per month, based on your choices.
SafeJob safety alerts
Scheduled check reminders, overdue responses and selected safety escalations.
Up to 10 messages per active SafeJob.
TCW news and offersOptional marketing
Optional Talent Connect World product news, promotions and special offers.
Up to 4 marketing messages per month.
How consent is collected
Signed-in members enter their own mobile number in Settings, choose each category separately, accept the disclosure below and complete a one-time phone verification. SafeJob trusted contacts receive a private invitation link from the member and must make their own choice and verify their own phone. A TCW member cannot opt another person in.

STOP, HELP and support
- Reply STOP to cancel all TCW SMS at that mobile number.
- Reply HELP for help or email info@talentconnect.world.
- Replying START does not automatically re-enroll you; verify again in Settings.
- Message and data rates may apply. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed.
- TCW is not an emergency dispatcher. Call local emergency services when needed.
Mobile information and privacy
Talent Connect World LLC uses mobile numbers and consent records to deliver the selected messages, prevent abuse, honor opt-outs and demonstrate compliance. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. TCW may provide the minimum necessary information to messaging, verification, hosting, security and compliance service providers acting for TCW, and when legally required.
