Draft for legal review · Not effective

TalentWorld X Adult Content Policy

TalentWorld X is a separately controlled adult area and must remain unavailable until legal, age-assurance, consent, moderation and payments gates are independently approved.

Draft and launch hold

This candidate document is provided for legal and operational review. It is not effective, does not replace any existing agreement, and must not be used to collect consent until TCW records final approval and a publication date.

This draft is not approval to enable, advertise or monetize TalentWorld X. The area must remain feature-disabled until TCW verifies every launch gate described here and applicable provider rules.

Adults only and separate opt-in

Access is limited to people at least 18 and at least the legal age of majority and adult-content access where they live. General account age attestation is not enough: TalentWorld X requires a separate, unbundled opt-in and proportionate age and identity assurance. Opt-out must be available, and X content must not appear in public search, general TCW, notifications, ads or accounts that have not opted in.

Always prohibited

No minor or age-ambiguous participant; child sexual abuse material; grooming; trafficking; coercion; intoxication or incapacity; non-consensual or secretly recorded material; sexual violence presented as real; incest involving real family members; bestiality; sexual services; doxxing; extortion; stolen content; deepfake sexual imagery without the depicted adult's documented consent; or content that evades age, payment or moderation controls.

Content labeling and visibility

Publishers must accurately label explicitness, participants, synthetic or altered elements, and material safety context using the controls TCW provides. Public thumbnails, URLs, metadata and notifications must not reveal explicit content. Direct-link, API and cached access must enforce the same eligibility as navigation.

Payments, promotion and third parties

No X subscription, sale, payout, tip, ad or promotion may launch until Stripe, banking, card-network, app-store, hosting, email and other providers expressly support the specific activity and countries. X content may not be promoted through general TCW advertising. Creators must comply with tax, recordkeeping and performer-protection laws.

Safety, reports and removal

TCW must provide prominent reporting for suspected minors, non-consent, stolen content and trafficking; rapid evidence preservation and escalation; participant requests; blocking; trained review; and required reporting to authorities. Content may be held or removed immediately. No reporter should download or redistribute suspected illegal material.

Appeals and records

A publisher may appeal an error through the protected X case process but must not send identity documents through ordinary messages. TCW may require renewed evidence and may keep access restricted during review. A successful appeal does not override a participant's valid rights or provider prohibition.

Independent launch gates

Final approval requires country-by-country legal review; verified age-assurance and identity vendors; consent and recordkeeping controls; trained moderation and emergency procedures; provider and payment approval; privacy impact and security assessments; retention/deletion procedures; appeals; reporting; restricted discovery; and end-to-end adversarial tests. A general site launch does not imply TalentWorld X approval.
