Terms of service
By using TalentConnect.World you agree to the community rules, the advertising standards and the payment terms described here. Talent Connect World LLC provides the platform; contracts for creative work are between the talent and the client, with TCW acting as the escrow-style facilitator and record keeper.
Privacy
We collect the minimum needed to run accounts, payments, moderation and fraud prevention. We do not sell personal data. Analytics shown to advertisers are aggregated and never include personally identifying information about fans.
Payments and payouts
Bookings can be funded into an escrow-style hold and released against approved milestones. Payouts run on a scheduled cycle. Invoices, receipts and revenue splits are generated automatically for every transaction.
TCW Credits disclosure
TCW Credits are closed-loop promotional and service credits usable only for TCW promotion and platform services. Credits are not cash, not a security, not crypto, not an investment, carry no yield, are non-transferable, non-tradable and non-redeemable for cash.
Intellectual property
Talent retains ownership of uploaded work. Licences granted to clients are defined in the contract attached to each booking. TCW receives only the limited licence needed to host, display and promote work inside the platform.
