Draft for legal review · Not effective

Advertising Policy

Authorized promotion must be identifiable, truthful, rights-cleared, safe and respectful of audience privacy.

Draft status

This candidate document is provided for legal and operational review. It is not effective, does not replace any existing agreement, and must not be used to collect consent until TCW records final approval and a publication date.

Advertiser responsibility and review

Advertisers are responsible for their business, landing page, creative, targeting, claims, rights, offers and legal disclosures. TCW may require identity or business verification and may approve, reject, pause or re-review a campaign. Approval is not legal advice or an endorsement.

Clear labeling and destination integrity

Paid placements must remain visibly labeled as an advertisement or paid advertising in clear language close to the material. Creative may not imitate account, security, moderation, system or checkout controls; hide the commercial source; use deceptive redirects; or send a viewer to a materially different offer. Landing pages must work, use secure transport and display required seller and pricing information.

TCW promotional services

A Home Page, TalentWorld, social-channel, portfolio, event, playlist or other promotional listing is a defined service rendered by TCW, not merchandise, a subscription, an editorial endorsement or a promise of audience response. The product page and checkout must identify the surface, format, fixed price, scheduled window, approval conditions, provider, taxes, delivery method and material platform restrictions. Unless a listing expressly states another schedule, a catalog placement runs for the displayed 23-hour window and begins only on an available Sunday-through-Thursday Central Time start selected in the booking flow.

The requester must provide an accurate public profile, social-media or content link and must own or control every necessary copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, music, performer and advertising right. TCW may require higher-quality or replacement creative. General-audience Home Page and TalentWorld inventory never accepts explicit adult content. TalentWorld X promotion remains unavailable until its independent legal, age-assurance, consent, moderation, payment and operational launch gates are approved.

External-channel work is available only while TCW controls an authorized account and the requested promotion complies with that channel's current rules. TCW will use clear sponsorship disclosures when required. TCW does not sell guaranteed Spotify playlist placement, artificial streams, followers, engagement or other manipulation. A prize promotion or paid contest entry may not launch until counsel-approved official rules, eligibility, dates, territory, judging or drawing method, prize value, tax treatment and any required no-purchase route are published and implemented.

Claim substantiation

Advertisers must hold reliable support before publishing claims about identity, price, availability, performance, earnings, qualifications, health, sustainability, testimonials or comparative outcomes. Disclose material sponsorship, limitations and typical results. No fabricated endorsements, fake urgency, guaranteed employment or income, or deceptive synthetic spokesperson.

Prohibited advertising

TCW prohibits ads for unlawful goods or services; exploitation; adult services; discriminatory opportunities; hate or harassment; malware or surveillance; credential theft; counterfeit goods; tobacco or unapproved drugs; weapons where prohibited; deceptive financial, credit, gambling, cryptoasset or investment schemes; pyramid schemes; political manipulation; and any content prohibited by the Community Rules.

Restricted categories

Alcohol, health, financial, employment, housing, education, political, cause, age-restricted and regulated categories require explicit TCW approval, appropriate licensing and territorial/age controls before launch. A category remains disabled until TCW implements its review standard; payment for a campaign does not override that restriction.

Targeting and privacy

Use only targeting TCW expressly offers. Do not upload unlawfully obtained audiences, infer or target sensitive traits, discriminate in a protected opportunity, scrape member data or attempt to identify anonymous viewers. TCW does not currently offer cross-context behavioral advertising. Any future feature requires updated privacy and consent controls.

Billing, delivery and credits

Checkout must show budget or fixed service price, pricing model, dates, placement, taxes and material delivery conditions. Reporting reflects valid server-recorded events after abuse filtering and does not guarantee reach, views, clicks, followers, applications, sales, income, bookings or any other result. Promotion credits are noncash and nontransferable. A campaign may spend unevenly within its dates if disclosed, but TCW will not charge above the authorized amount without renewed authorization.

Enforcement and appeals

TCW may reject creative, stop delivery, preserve records, restrict the advertiser or refund unspent eligible budget. When appropriate, TCW will state the policy basis and allow correction or appeal. Serious deception, evasion or safety harm may result in immediate account action without a cure period.
